NEET Counselling 2019: Schedule released on mcc.nic.in, choice filling for 15% All India Quota from June 19

NEET 2019 Counselling for 15% All India Quota, Central and Deemed Universities, ESIC and AFMC has been released on mcc.nic.in. The complete schedule along with counselling process is explained below.

National Eligibility cum Entrance Test, NEET Counselling 2019 Schedule for admission to 15% All India Quota has been released on mcc.nic.in. The tentative schedule for choice filling for 15% All India Quota in Deemed, Central Universities, ESIC and AFMS for MBBS and BDS seats for 2019-20 academic year is now available. Choice filling would commence from June 19 and Result would be released on June 27. Check complete schedule here.
NEET 2019 Counselling for AIQ would be done in three rounds – Round 1, Round 2 and Mop-up Round. The choice Filling for Round 1 would commence from June 19 and candidates are required to register latest by 5 pm on June 24, 2019. Locking of the choice filling would have to be done by 5 pm on June 25. Complete counselling schedule is provided below.
Candidates who have qualified the NEET 2019 examination are now required to apply for counselling. The counselling for 15% All India Quota, Central Universities would be done by MCC or Medical Counselling Committee as per the schedule provided above.

SC REFUSES TO INTERFERE WITH NEET EXAM

The Supreme Court Friday refused to entertain a plea which sought quashing of the answer keys of some questions in the NEET(UG)-2019 examination saying that an expert body has duly applied its mind and revised answers were issued. The top court, however, allowed the four Hyderabad based students who have challenged the answer keys, to approach the high court for the relief. It said that courts are not experts in each and every subject and time has come when the interference in this arena should be stopped. A vacation bench of Justices Ajay Rastogi and Surya Kant allowed the four medical aspirants to withdraw their plea and granted them liberty to approach the high court with their grievances.
