NMC Bill updates 2019- MBBS admission

#NMC_Bill Updates :- ●एनएमसी के नए विधेयक में दो अहम प्रावधान जोड़े गए हैं, जो पिछले विधेयक में नहीं थे। इनमें पहला #AIIMS सहित सभी मेडिकल कॉलेजों में एडमिशन को NEET के दायरे में लाने का है। इसके तहत किसी भी मेडिकल कॉलेज में #NEET के अलावा किसी तरीके से अब एडमिशन नहीं हो सकेगा। ●इसके अलावा छात्रों के अब पीजी में एडमिशन के लिए अलग-अलग कॉलेजों की प्रवेश परीक्षा नहीं देनी होगी। इसके लिए एमबीबीएस की अंतिम वर्ष की परीक्षा को ही मानक बना दिया गया है। ●पूरे देश में #MBBS डाक्टरों की गुणवत्ता में समानता लाने के लिए अहम प्रावधान किया गया है। इसके तहत कॉलेजों की अलग-अलग परीक्षाओं को समाप्त कर दिया है। अब एमबीबीएस की अंतिम वर्ष की परीक्षा पूरे देश में #एकसमान और #एकसाथ आयोजित की जाएगी। इसे नेशनल एक्जिट टेस्ट #NEXT नाम दिया गया है। ●पीजी में एडमिशन के साथ-साथ नेक्स्ट एमबीबीएस डाक्टरों की प्रैक्टिस का रास्ता भी साफ कर देगा। इसके आधार पर उन्हें प्रैक्टिस का लाइसेंस मिल जाएगा। इसके पहले प्रैक्टिस के लिए MCI से इजाजत लेनी पड़ती थी। ●इसके अलावा NEXT से विदेशों से मेडिकल की पढ़कर आने वाले छात...

The Bill aiming to overhaul the medical education in India, also seeks repealing of the Indian Medical Council Act 1956. नीट पीजी परीक्षा होगी खत्म, एमबीबीएस के रिजल्ट के आधार पर हाेगा पीजी में दाखिला

मेडिकल स्टूडेंट्स काे पाेस्ट ग्रेजुएशन में दाखिले के लिए अब नीट पीजी की परीक्षा देने की जरूरत नहीं हाेगी। एमबीबीएस फाइनल ईयर की परीक्षा यानी एग्जिट एग्जाम के रिजल्ट के आधार पर ही उन्हें पीजी में दाखिला मिलेगा।  नेशनल मेडिकल कमीशन (एनएमसी) बिल में इस बड़े बदलाव के लिए केंद्र सरकार कैबिनेट नोट तैयार कर चुकी है। इसे अगले सप्ताह कैबिनेट की मंजूरी मिल सकती है। इसके बाद यह बिल संसद में पेश किया जाएगा।  एनएमसी बिल में प्रस्ताव है कि देशभर के सरकारी और प्राइवेट मेडिकल कॉलेजाें में एमबीबीएस फाइनल ईयर की परीक्षा केंद्र सरकार लेगी। इसे ही एग्जिट एग्जाम कहा जाएगा। इसके मार्क्स के आधार पर पीजी में दाखिला मिलेगा। एग्जिट एग्जाम पास किए बिना काेई डाॅक्टर प्रैक्टिस नहीं कर पाएगा। देशभर में एम्स में दाखिले के लिए अलग परीक्षा का सिस्टम पहले की तरह रहेगा।  सुपर स्पेशलिस्ट बनने के लिए पहले की तरह नीट सुपर स्पेशियलिटी परीक्षा भी जारी रहेगी। देश में हर साल 480 मेडिकल कॉलेजों में करीब 80 हजार स्टूडेंट एमबीबीएस में दाखिला लेते हैं। पीजी की 50 हजार सीटाें के लिए हर साल करीब डेढ़ ला...

Union health ministry proposes doing away with NEET-PG; says MBBS final exam enough for admissions to MD, MS

New Delhi:  In a relief to medical students wanting to pursue post-graduate courses, the Union health ministry has proposed to do away with NEET-PG and instead the final MBBS examination would be enough for admission to MD and MS programmes. Representational image. Reuters The amendment has been incorporated in the revised draft National Medical Commission (NMC) Bill which would be sent to the Cabinet soon, official sources told  PTI . According to them, the changes have been incorporated in the bill on the directions of the Prime Minister's Office (PMO). "According to the amendments made in the fresh NMC Bill, entry into the PG programmes will be on the basis of the results of the National Exit Test (NEXT), which would be held as a common exam across the country. So the candidates would not have to appear in a separate exam after clearing the MBBS final exam for admission to PG courses," the source explained. SC REFUSES TO INTERFERE WITH NEET EXAM

The Supreme Court Friday refused to entertain a plea which sought quashing of the answer keys of some questions in the NEET(UG)-2019 examination saying that an expert body has duly applied its mind and revised answers were issued. The top court, however, allowed the four Hyderabad based students who have challenged the answer keys, to approach the high court for the relief. It said that courts are not experts in each and every subject and time has come when the interference in this arena should be stopped. A vacation bench of Justices Ajay Rastogi and Surya Kant allowed the four medical aspirants to withdraw their plea and granted them liberty to approach the high court with their grievances. At the outset, senior advocate Abhishek Manu Singhvi, appearing for the students, said that wrong answer key were given by the National Testing Agency which conducted the exam on May 5.
